Massage the product well into the skin after showering morning and evening until full penetration is achieved. In cases with exceptionally dry skin conditions follow with Body Lotion for Dry Skin as needed. Lacking Vitamin D can now be channelled into the body via the normal pathway i.e. through the skin.
