Frequent Questions

  1. Register an account with Skin360 before making any purchases
  2. You will earn loyalty with each product you purchase
  3. You will be allowed to redeem your points with your next purchase, just make sure you are logged in to your account
  4. All redemptions are made excluding delivery ie: delivery fees will always apply to purchases unless they are over the free delivery threshold 

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. Where products are defective, they need to shipped to head office and upon inspection and decision will be made on an exchange or refund. Any opened products will not be exchanged or refunded. You are welcome to email head office with any questions around your purchases. 

Payments can only be made through accepted credit card. No credit card details are stored on our website. 

We try our best to send out all orders within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order however life does happen daily in South Africa and delays may occur. Please contact info@skin360.co.za or 031 822 1120 to follow up on your order. 

Not sure what to purchase? You are welcome to book in-room or online consults with our experienced medical specialist who will advise you on the best products to use for your skin type. 

We currently only service South Africa.
